Client Success Story: Photo to Logo

I have had a few special requests this week for logo designs from photos, so I thought I would do a related post this month, using a fun sample I did back in 2010.

A family-owned and operated farm in Maryland needed a logo for their facility, and provided me with a beautiful, classic photo to work with. In Illustrator, I created a detailed version of the logo to be used for advertising and apparel, and a simplified silhouetted version for signage. It's especially rewarding to create a logo that captures an individual (human or animal!) that holds importance to the business owner, and can forever be remembered in their logo.
