About The Design Process
The process begins with completing the questionnaire for an accurate estimate and a deposit. Turnaround time on the website depends on the amount of content, but a first design pass typically takes about a week.
Logo Design Process

Submit your 50% deposit and signed agreement. The client should provide as much information, samples, and artistic direction as they can, so that a set of logo concepts can be created to match the client's needs. Turnaround time is usually 1-2 weeks for the first set of designs. The questionnaire is not required, but encouraged.

The designer will provide 4-8 concepts via e-mail (usually in black and white first, then color choices provided later for the client's chosen logo). Clients are asked NOT to post these concepts to social media. You may post the final logo on social media after payment is received, but you will not have rights to designs you have not chosen.

You should provide prompt feedback in order for the process to continue on schedule. You should provide edit requests for your favorite logo, and another round of revisions will begin with turnaround of about a week.

Once you are satisfied with the logo, you will be invoiced for any remaining fees and original logo files will be compiled by the designer and distributed to the client upon final payment. Note, if you decide to change the direction from the original design requests, you will be charged hourly for the new design concepts.
Website Design Process

A sample website design template will be sent to you. Most first pass designs are sent within a week. Once the template is approved, website construction will begin.

Continue to approve each phase of web development in a timely manner. For your website to be launched on schedule, please remain in contact with your designer and give constructive feedback during this process. You will be provided with a temporary link to your active website to review and continue to submit content. Estimates are subject to change if the scope of the project changes, such as the addition of more pages or features.

Website is ready to launch, final payment due. Once you have approved your website and are ready to go live, the remainder of your invoice will be due before launching. Be sure to include appropriate information with your current hosting service if you have one, and let me know if you'd like to transfer your domain name to Wix or keep it with your current service. Be sure to also note any other web addresses you own that you would like forwarded to your new website. Remember, the first year of hosting is on Radiant Resolution! But Wix will require a credit card on file so you can be billed annually for the hosting plan next year when it's time to renew. Don't worry, the amount of the hosting plan will be deducted from your Radiant Resolution invoice before your payment is due.

Your new website is live! After payment is received, your website will be launched. It may take a few hours to appear on the web, and it may take several weeks to begin appearing in search engine results. Be sure to submit search engine keywords you would like to add to the website (10 per page is permitted).

Ongoing support services begin. Once your website is live, Radiant Resolution can no longer make any edits to your website without starting a new invoice for ongoing support services (an hourly charge of $60/hour).
Print Work Processes

Your project proof will be provided. Most first pass designs are sent within a week. For larger publications, proofs will be provided throughout the design process to ensure the product is meeting the clients expectations.

For projects printing through Radiant Resolution, a final estimate will be given. Be sure to include paper type, quantity, and shipping address. Rush printing is available for a higher fee. For projects being printed through a third party, a high-resolution print-ready file will be provided to you.

Final project is printed and shipped! All of our printed products are guaranteed. If you are unhappy with the final print, let us know and a new print job will be shipped.

Final payments are due. An invoice will be sent with the final payment due within 2 weeks of completing the project.
